The following Chiefs and Kings are located here:

Cellar[]

From the Temple Entrance Shrine, head upstairs. You will need to have defeated both Stone Vanguard and Tiger Vanguard, after that at his bloody pool use their items to activate the statue. This will open a hole in the bloody pool and you can go inside. Continue following the path and eventually you will start sliding. The shrine is right after you stop sliding. Alternatively it can be reached from Yellow Wind Formation's Windseal Gate Shrine. You will again need the Vanguards items to unlock the door next to the Shrine. After the door you can go into the sandstorm on the right where is the boss, however before the storm you can go left which leads to the Cellar.

Trivia[]

Though it is named Crouching Tiger Temple, the plaque above its gate bears the characters "Sumeru[1]". The sanctity of the temple has been defiled by evil spirits — Buddhist statues lie shattered or replaced, and the halls have been transformed into a pool of blood.

  1. [1] Here the "Sumeru" may refer to the Lesser Mount Sumeru (小须弥山, Xiǎo Xū mí Shān), a fictional sacred site in The Journey to the West. It serves specifically as the bodhimanda (personal monastery and domain) of Lingji Bodhisattva.
